Product Care

  1. Is there any special care required for this apparel?
    It is strongly recommended to hand wash this product. Detergent is not required for regular washing as water alone is enough. For stained pants, apply a small quantity of CNI SC88 Laundry Detergent (½ teaspoon) or RJ Shower Cream and wash immediately. You may gently press out the excess water without squeezing the fabric and drip dry your Be-fit Firming Pants in a cool area away from direct sunlight. Avoid tumble-drying, bleaching or ironing this product.

  2. Can I wear this product together with my other clothes as an inner wear or do I have to wear it on its own?
    Yes, Be-fit Firming Pants is suitable to be worn with other clothes as an inner wear or even on its own. It is advisable to wear it together with other loose-fitting clothing. Tight or hard material garment (eg.tight jeans) may rub against the Be-fit material, causing friction and fabric pilling – common surface defect of textiles that does not affect the far infrared function). Tight clothing may also lead to snagging of the pants.

  3. After washing, there is discoloration in the water. Is this normal?
    Yes, this is normal. You may notice a slight discolouration when washing the Be-fit Firming Pants. This is normal for coloured clothing where colour bleed occurs when the fabric gets wet and dye leaches out of the fibre.

  4. How can I maintain the quality of my Be-fit Firming Pants?
    Before wearing the pants, remember to remove all accessories (rings, watches, bracelets etc.) to avoid snagging, tearing or damaging of the pants. It is recommended to exercise caution when wearing and to be gentle when tugging the pants, especially towards the parts of the pants as illustrated below.

  1. Can I wear it all-day long?
    For better compression effect, you are recommended to wear this apparel for a longer duration of about 8 hours. There is no harm if wearers prefer to wear the Be-fit Firming Pants at night. However, they are advised to stop wearing if they feel any discomfort (tightness, feeling hot, etc).

  2. How long will it take to see the effectiveness of using this Be-fit Firming Pants with Kodenshi®?
    The effectiveness of this product varies for each individual and depends on the environment and conditions under which the apparel is worn. It is recommended to use this product for a longer duration (approximately 8 hours) for better compression effects. For a greater effectiveness, this apparel is recommended to be worn during exercise.

  3. Are there any restrictions on using this Be-fit Firming Pants with Kodenshi®?
    Be-fit is suitable for everyone but due to its ability to tighten the pelvic region and flatten the tummy, it is not recommended for the use of pregnant women. Mothers may consider wearing the Be-fit Firming Pants during confinement after birth to enhance blood circulation, firm up and return to their pre-birth body. It is also suitable for the use of children aged 12 and above and parents are recommended to select an appropriate size according to the size chart. There are no restrictions for elderly using the Be-fit Firming Pants.

  4. Can I exchange/ refund the Be-fit Firming Pants?
    Due to hygienic purposes, exchange or refund for the purchase of an incorrect size after opening is not available. We will not replace a fault that is caused by improper care, negligence, normal wear & tear, natural breakdown of colours and material through a period of time or extensive use.

  5. Is there a return policy for this Be-fit Firming Pants?
    If upon purchase, your Be-fit Firming Pants appear to be faulty (manufacturing defects); you may send it back to CNI HQ office in Shah Alam within 7 working days from the date of purchase for our inspection. You may also send the faulty item back to your nearest DC/ SC outlet.
    As replacements are not available at branch, DC or SC outlets, all product claims must be forwarded to the HQ office with sales report. However, be sure that the product is in mint/ original condition (unworn) and the product claim form is completed. These claims will be verified at the Company’s discretion and on a case-to-case basis. Terms & conditions apply.

  6. Why is there a gap in my Be-fit Firming Pants with Kodenshi®? (Refer to below pictures).

    7. The manufacturer of CNI Be-fit Firming Pants with Kodenshi® has confirmed that this product is sewn using highly stretchable yarn and due to the natural characteristic of the sewing technique, the gap at the adjoining parts of the pants is the normal sewing standard by the factory.
