2. Why do we need EcoFresh as we can stay indoor during the haze crisis?

6. What is Clean Air Delivery Rate CADR?
The Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) is a performance indicator assigned by the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM), to help consumers determine their air purifiers’ effectiveness. It is one of the key factors to look for in an air purifier. The CADR value represents the total volume of air which has been purified by the air purifier. 7. How long can the UV light lasts?
The UV light bulb lifespan is 9,000 hours. When in use for 24 hours a day, every day, it can lasts for up to 375 days – slightly over a year. We recommend that you use a vacuum cleaner to clean the pre-filter, HEPA filter and photocatalyst filter. For activated carbon filter and humidifying filter please dry under the sun for 1 to 3 hours.

11. Does EcoFresh Air Therapy System have a warranty?
EcoFresh Air Therapy System is warranted against manufacturing defect in material function for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The accessories are not covered in the warranty. During the warranty period, CNI will either repair or replace at its discretion. The warranty is valid only when customer complete and return the warranty card to CNI HQ within 14 days from the date of purchase.
